Public Storage

Client: Public Storage • Kansas City, MO

Designed a four-story self-storage building composed primarily of Cold-Formed Steel with Hot Rolled Steel.
Accommodates the larger open spaces of the office.
Designed to International Building Code (IBC) requirements.

Sonic Drive Thru

Client: RadLab and Sonic • Maui, HI

In conjunction with Rad Lab, the Sonic Maui project was managed under the supervision of a HI licensed SE.
Combines repurposed shipping containers and large canopies to create a unique iteration of the drive through restaurant for the Hawaii market.

Wonderlove PDX

Client: Scott Edwards Architecture, Conexwest • Portland, OR

Two-story container-based structure with rooftop deck.
Included container structural design, mat foundations, elevated deck framing, and stair systems.
Provided support during plan review and field adjustments.
Designed to Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC) requirements.
